MobileDemand wrapped up a successful week at PACK EXPO International 2026, held October 18–21 in Chicago, Illinois. With more than 43,000 attendees and 29,000 exhibitor personnel at the event, PACK EXPO brought together professionals from across the packaging and processing industries to explore new technologies, discover solutions, and connect with industry experts.
Our team was excited to be part of the action at booth N-5165, where we connected with more than 200 attendees interested in learning how MobileDemand’s rugged mobile technology and mobile dimensioning solutions can support their operations.
Showcasing Mobile Technology Built for the Work That Matters
Throughout the show, we had the opportunity to demonstrate how MobileDemand helps businesses capture critical product data and equip their teams with reliable technology built for demanding environments.
Some of the solutions that sparked conversations at our booth included:
- Mobile Dimensioning with xPIM: We demonstrated how our xPIM mobile dimensioning app helps teams capture product dimensions and streamline item data collection right where the work happens.
- Rugged Tablets and Mounting Solutions: Attendees explored our rugged tablet lineup and mounting solutions designed to support productivity across warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other demanding work environments.
- xScale S200: We showcased our Bluetooth-enabled industrial scale, which pairs with compatible solutions to help teams capture weight alongside product dimensions.
One attendee summed up their experience with xPIM by calling it “the coolest thing I've ever seen.” Feedback like this is a great reminder of the impact practical, innovative technology can have when people see it in action.
Reconnecting, Building Relationships, and Making New Connections
Trade shows are about more than product demonstrations. They’re an opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and learn more about the challenges businesses are working to solve.
PACK EXPO gave us the chance to catch up with existing contacts, meet professionals from across the industry, and explore how MobileDemand’s solutions can help improve workflows and simplify data collection.

Celebrating a Great Week as a Team
Behind every successful trade show is a team working together to make it happen.
Matt, Amy, Hannah, Dylan, and Bryce represented MobileDemand throughout the event. PACK EXPO was also a milestone for our Sales Development Executive, Bryce, who attended his first trade show with MobileDemand and did an excellent job connecting with attendees and representing our solutions.
After busy days on the show floor, we also made time to enjoy some wonderful dinners together in Chicago. Those moments gave us a chance to unwind, reflect on the day's conversations, and celebrate a successful week as a team.
