Our History


Mobile Oasis is founded in 2003 by Matt Miller in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.


Mobile Oasis changes name to MobileDemand.


Release of the first rugged tablet with integrated barcode scanner.


MobileDemand wins “Best Startup Company” at the Technology Association of Iowa's Prometheus awards.


MobileDemand earns a five-time honoree placement on Inc. Magazine's annual Inc. 500|5000 exclusive ranking of the nation's “Fastest Growing Private Companies.” 


MobileDemand expands product line to include cloud-based rugged, semi-rugged and ultra-rugged tablets. 


Introduction of Designed for Surface certified rugged xCases for Microsoft Surface tablets.
