BitLocker-encrypted devices: Before sending a Windows tablet for repair, please turn off BitLocker and allow the drive to fully decrypt. If BitLocker remains enabled and the device cannot be accessed, MobileDemand may need to reimage the tablet to complete diagnosis or repair. Reimaging will erase all locally stored data. Please back up all important information before shipping the device.
