Manifest 2026 Post-Show Recap

As the name promises — future supply chain and logistics — the show delivered. From robots and AI to automated systems at every turn, the energy on the floor made the future feel not just promising, but practical.

At our booth, we were right in the middle of that innovation — showcasing xDIM mobile dimensioning on Windows and xPIM on iPhone/iPad Pro models, along with our Android option. What stood out immediately to attendees? We’re truly mobile.

While many solutions require fixed stations that can create workflow bottlenecks, our approach flips the script. With xDIM and xPIM, you capture dimensions, weights, and product data right where the item lives — on the floor, in the aisle, at receiving, or before shipment. No moving products. No waiting in line. No disruption.

That mobility sparked real conversations. As people interacted with the software firsthand, you could see the wheels turning — imagining how seamlessly it could fit into their own operations.

Photo Documentation: The Feature That Turned Heads

One of the biggest attention-grabbers was our built-in Photo Documentation within both xDIM and xPIM.

As our backdrop showcased and our live demo demonstrated, you can capture dimensions around a pallet or object and automatically save the measurement image as visual proof — validating both size and condition at the time of shipment. On top of that, users can capture up to six additional supporting images alongside the measurement photo.

We shared the Cla-Val case study often — and for good reason. They achieved ROI in about 10 days after implementing our software. When an overseas shipment was hit with a major surcharge, they had documented proof of the exact dimensions and condition at the time of departure. That proof eliminated the charge. Today, carriers rarely challenge their shipments — because they know Cla-Val can back it up.

That’s the power of combining mobile dimensioning with visual documentation. It’s not just measurement — it’s protection.

Beyond the Booth

Outside the exhibit hall, we loved reconnecting with industry peers, building new relationships, and sharing ideas about where logistics is headed next. The MobileDemand crew even squeezed in some Vegas fun — catching the water show at the Bellagio and enjoying dinner at Battista’s Hole in the Wall.

We’ve already signed up for next year. The momentum around mobile dimensioning is only growing, and we’re excited to continue leading the charge — helping logistics and supply chain teams move faster, document smarter, and eliminate costly guesswork.

Cheers to the future — and to keeping dimensioning mobile.
